Workforce planning.

As workforce planning specialists, we have worked with our clients to write their workforce plans from Branch and Group level to Enterprise level. We guide our clients through the process of collecting, analysing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps and determining target talent management interventions to ensure that an organisation has the right people with the right skills in the right places at the right time.

We run workshops and teach HR practitioners best practice workforce planning. Still, even in cases where we are developing the workforce plan on behalf of our clients, we ensure there is up-skilling of the HR professionals we are working alongside.
